Abstract

The paper discusses the noted essay "On Violence" in which Dr. Arendt views the crises of the 1960s and early ’70s as challenges to the American form of governement and thinks about the technical development of the implements of violence, the wrong use of terminology in political science and the revolutionary student movement.
